Bake moist and delicious gluten-free at home using a bread maker. In less than 3 hours you can have ready-baked delicious gluten-free bread with little effort.
If your schedule is busy during the day, then in about 15 minutes you prepare and mix the ingredients in the bread maker and let it do the rest. You don’t have to be home, you can go about your day and return to an amazing tasting loaf.
Gluten-free bread can and does taste good if you mix the ingredients in the best way.
Following is a recipe I use to make easy to bake tasty gluten-free bread. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:

PREP TIME: 10 – 15 MINUTES
TOTAL MACHINE MIX & BAKE: 3 HRS
Prepare in the exact order as indicated below:
1. Pour 2 cups of warm, clean water into the baking pan inside the bread maker.
2. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons of sea salt.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of organic coconut sugar, honey or natural sweetener (avoid refined sugar).
4. Add 2 tablespoons of organic cashew milk powder.
5. Add 2 tablespoons of organic cold-pressed olive oil.
6. Add 3 teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar.
7. Add 2 teaspoons of baking power (gluten-free).
8. Add 2 drops of organic almond extract liquid.
9. Add 4 teaspoons of Xanthan Gum (if not already in your flour mix.
10. Add 2 organic eggs pre-whipped.
11. Add 2 cups of organic gluten-free rice flour and 2 cups of organic coconut flour.
12. Make a dip in the centre of the flour and add 2 tablespoons of gluten-free instant dry yeast.
13. Plug in your bread maker, choose number ’10’ for gluten-free in the “Menu”. At this option, it is timed to mix and bake the gluten-free bread within 2 hours and 55 minutes. Options and timing differs in varying bread maker brands.
Observe how the ingredients are mixing and if you find that it looks dry and not binding, then gradually add more water and with a spatula, help bind the ingredients together.
The mix has to be moister than regular bread dough so that when it’s baked, it has a moist texture and taste.
Your bread maker will ring a sound when the bread is finished baking. Carefully take the bread out, noting that it will be hot and place it on a cooling rack. Let it cool down uncovered. Only slice what you’re going to eat.
Place the gluten-free loaf in a glass container and refrigerate. Consume within 5 days of baking.
